Our employees are the lifeblood of the operation. For this reason, safety is the primary pillar of Jefferson Industries. We are compliant with all OSHA, ISO and Jefferson Industries established Safety Policies. Our commitment to Safety includes job safety assessments, a focus on machine and process design, and continues with quick mitigation of any identified risks. We also believe in training each individual in a comprehensive manner to ensure their safety.

Quality.

Our Quality is represented by a total commitment through all aspects of the Jefferson Industries Corporation management system. This includes a comprehensive approach that is established on Global Standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Our entire associate team is always ready to engage in the achievement of our customer’s requirement. We focus on the following areas to ensure a great product every time:

Cost.

To help cut costs for our clients, we perform routine audits to find exactly where we can improve our operations. We have an in-house audit team that oversees everyday processes, but we will also outsource the audit duties to third parties (both from the United States and Japan) to ensure we leave no stone unturned. JIC is a high-efficiency operation, which allows for competitive component pricing.

Delivery.

We are a “Just In Time” manufacturer, meaning we have adopted a professional methodology that is primarily aimed at reducing costly flow times with our production systems, as well as long response times from clients, suppliers and customers. We fully comprehend the need for a timely delivery, which is why we have it all down – to the minute! Not a second of manufacturing time goes by that is not accounted for.
